Nope, when you book this property you get the entire property for your entire stay. No other rooms or guests will be allowed to be on site while you and your guests are present.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay in full will
result in cancellation of the reservation.
100% Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check-in.
50% Refund: Cancellations made 7–14 days prior to check-in.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

While we love pets, we kindly ask that you do not bring them to our home to ensure a clean and comfortable space for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding!

Remove all trash and place it in designated bins.
Wash used dishes or load and run the dishwasher.
Strip all beds used and leave sheets, pillowcases, and towels in front of the washer.

This beautiful new home is the perfect place for a family getaway. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bath, the kitchen is large and stocked with everything you will need, and the abundance of rocking chairs on wrap-around porch makes it easy to relax. It’s a short drive to waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain towns but you should also count on just staying in and savoring this beautiful home as you relax with friends or family. I highly recommend it!

Our family had the best stay at this property! The house was clean, well equipped, and perfect for our family of 4, including two teenage boys, to comfortably spend the weekend. We took advantage of the fabulous local hiking and the great restaurants in downtown Traveler Rest, not to mention we had a great family night with all games that were provided. A great weekend stay and our kids have already asked to come back!
